Pay it Forward, Revisited Again

Do you remember that “anonymous” note Lee Ballantyne sent that promising young couple in the restaurant?  It’s viral now. I'm touched by Ballantyne’s courage of facing life without his wife and thinking of others who have what he had. Although Lee and Carol Ballantyne are fast becoming household names, I believe Ballantyne’s gracious act of paying it forward will be going viral also because we are now thinking of ways to pay it forward. And we are waiting for that window of opportunity. Ballantyne reminds us to think beyond ourselves and to plant seeds of hope in others. The result of doing that is a feeling of happiness. But it doesn't stop there. The one who receives is more likely to pay it forward too.

How have you paid it forward? This is the story in you. Share it.
